Michael Lambert is the co-owner of artist management company and record label A Modern Way, looking after acts including Idlewild, Fatherson, Stanley Odd, Future Get Down and Tom Joshua.

He is also the director of music industry event organisation Born To Be Wide which stages regular seminar and networking events. The company hosts Scotland’s Music Convention, Wide Days, which takes place annually in Edinburgh, Scotland and has helped a number of acts to break through, including Honeyblood, C Duncan, PAWS, Fatherson and Kathryn Joseph.
