Dr. Johannes Ripken is co-founder of tamanguu and coach for identity-oriented networking.

He has been working in the music industry for more than a decade (a.o. for Universal Music), finished his Ph.D. on artist development and published a book on the same topic in collaboration with his former university Popakademie Baden-Württemberg. With the experiences in the relationship-driven music industry, he and his team created tamanguu, a web application that supports the process of business networking and relationship management.

As a coach and mentor, he accompanies young professionals and students to build a strong business network based on identity-orientated aims and desires. Additionally, Johannes regularly speaks on conferences and gives lectures in his field.
