Hosted by the Ministry of Culture and Culture.lu this workshop will focus on public funding and legal statutes for musicians, artists and performers living and working in Luxembourg.

* this is a panel series named after the Depeche Mode instrumental song « Oberkorn, it’s a small town » which refers to the town in the south of Luxembourg in which the band played a gig in the early 80’s. The series addresses conference topics from a regional focus and involves partners of interest to participants, such as the Ministry of Culture, music:LX (Luxembourg export office) and Sacem Luxembourg.
