LIVEUROPE: promoting European Talent
Liveurope is a European initiative gathering popular concert venues established in various countries across the continent. All members of this Platform share one goal : the promotion of European music, and more particularly of emerging acts. The key mission of the Liveurope platform is indeed to support live music venues in their efforts to foster cross-border circulation of young European music artists.
Liveurope brings together 13 European concert halls which are active in the promotion of upcoming European talent. Thanks to an incentive financial support mechanism co-funded by the European Commission’s ‘Creative Europe’ Programme, these concert halls will be encouraged to carry out a sustained collective effort with a view to increasing the share of upcoming European music acts in their artistic programmes.
